Aisha Riley, APRN

Ms.Riley is the mental health professional that coincidentally treating 2 very different, but moderately emotionally challenged clients that I myself is a social worker for. I am dedicated to building a safe and stable connection with my clients. As a LCSW of 14+ years , I have to honestly admit that Ms.Rileey is the very manipulative sketchy type. Firstly she lacks the knowledge and patience that is imperative personal skills needed to increase the efficiency of the treatment of those under psychiatric medical care. 
There are no exceptions to the rule that the provider needs to be of sound mind themselves before interacting with patience who may be suffering from mental or emotional disabilities. She easily and often is irritated short-tempered and combative with her patients.  Increasing the distress and exacerbating the negative feelings that a patient might already be experiencing due to bipolar, schizophrenia and or manic depressiveness or whatever it is they suffer from I've seen her do this with two different patients. Even to the point that I actually thought that she was intentionally withholding medication to be retaliatory. Be treated by her at your own risk.

Dr. Riley has been by far the best psychiatric experience that I have ever had since I was first diagnosed with ADHD as an adolescent (I am now in my late 40's).  She is not only super kind but knowledgeable in the best treatments while taking a conservative holistic approach.  She and the therapist that works in her practice as a team have saved my job, and helped me to flourish.  I have referred her to several of my colleagues and they also feel the same way.  I wish that there were more doctors like her.  Not only is she amazing but she offers telehealth which is a huge bonus now more than ever.  I cannot say in enough words how much I LOVE Dr. Riley!!!!!

I’ve seen psychiatrists for many years, and I must say that Ms. Riley is fantastic. She’s empathetic, knowledgeable, and offers superior therapy. Her expertise and competence surpass all six (in succession, not simultaneously) of the MD psychiatrists (anxiety disorder) who’ve treated my condition. 

Dr Riley has been my only psychiatric provider since my bipolar diagnosis. I trust her completely and her time has been invaluable to me. I don’t plan to see another specialist for a very long time.

not knowledge about pharmacology and front office staff is absolutely atrocious, from over charging me, to getting an attitude when requesting or reminding of things already discussed with dr, etc.

Warm, gentle and super savvy.  I love Dr. Riley she has me on a medication regimen that has worked wonders for my mental health. 

Dr. Riley is caring, professional and helped me get better.

Dr. Riley has helped me find the light inside of me when times were dare and now I am shining bright.  She is responsible for much of my growth and I truly appreciate her as my doctor. 

Dr. Riley is attentive, caring, and goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care of.  She has a gift for active listening and observing you comprehensively. Her humility makes her an easy person to talk to and I was equally impressed with her willingness to spend time educating patients about the diagnosis and potential treatments. 

Just a beautiful soul inside and out.  I am glad that we found her.  She has been a Godsend for my daughter!

really bad experience and would not recommend this person to anyone. from massive billing issues, to total lack of compassion, to complete lack of pharmacological knowledge. her admin is very easily confused and gets extremely defensive when she’s in the wrong. my condition worsened under this person’s care and i had to go to the ER twice. 

Wonderful, attentive and smart. A great doctor who is at the top of her field and constantly working on staying there. Would reconning wholeheartedly.

Working with Dr. Riley was a frustrating and painful experience. She does not know whether she wants to be a psychiatrist, psychologist, mother, or career counselor. She was routinely late, sometimes by close to an hour. On multiple occasions, she had to cancel appointments at the last second. When she wanted to do remote sessions, the programs she used would often not work. She would delve into subjects with me best suited for a psychologist and then have to cut off the painful discussion when the 15 minute mark came. She insisted on giving career advice and termed herself a "pusher". However, her only advice was to go to grad school, because "that's what I would tell my son".  She did not have an interest in helping people to find meaning or a purpose that would drive someone through grad school.  She admitted she had no resources for people confused about their career. When I did not take her career advice, she sighed angrily. When she was not openly judging me, she would pass judgment in other ways, such as jumping for joy when you said you would do something she had wanted you to do for a long time.  She was also judgemental in other kinds of advice she gave. Often, she would smirk or laugh as you told painful stories. When I called her on this, she became very defensive. She also considered it her place to give dating advice, which seemed to correspond with strict Christian ethics that she pushed on me. My experience working with  Dr. Riley was beyond a "bad fit". It was simply bad and I would not recommend anyone choose her services.
