It was a great experience. I have had therapy before but Cindy made me feel safe and understood. The breathing exercises also helped a great deal. Thanks Cindy. 

I have been meeting with Cindy D'Introno-Fitch for a year and a few months. I find her to be an excellent listener and to be an open and honest person. My anxiety has decreased tremendously from past trauma that I never knew was bothering me. She has opened me up to meditation which has completely enabled a good night's rest since I started. She is genuinely concerned about her clients and always maintains a positive, professional attitude. I truly look forward to meeting with her each week. 

Cindy is a great listener. She is non-judgmental so you are comfortable opening up. She has given me tools to use in my everyday life including affirmations, meditation, and coping skills. When I am having a moment, it's not uncommon that I think 'What would Cindy say? I have learned to emotionally regulate and find self-awareness. I have made tremendous progress in the short time I have been seeing her. I highly recommend Cindy. 

Cindy has transformed my life and my family's. Her thoughtful, non-judgmental approach helps you face hard truths and reach your goals. At my lowest, she helped me see the light again. I'm grateful for the tools and skills she's given me - Cindy is truly a dream come true! 

After a year of sessions with Cindy, I'm incredibly grateful for her support. She's been a guiding light, an active listener, and deeply invested in my growth. Her DBT skills are now part of my daily coping. Cindy offers both in-person and Telehealth sessions, and her empathy and encouragement have been vital in addressing my addiction and trauma. I recommend everyone try therapy at least once. 

Cindy has been a great ear for listening. But most of all she's an amazing sounding board, to milling over thoughts, ideas and helping me explore my past and how I am affected by it in the present. When I talk to her, she picks key pieces about what I am saying and gives it back to me in a way that helps me understand myself. She helps me to understand my own brain. I am so happy to have found her! 

Cindy came into my life at a much needed time. I was in desperate need of a therapist, someone to talk to who I didn’t have a relationship with. Everywhere I called either had a long waiting list or were not accepting new clients. Cindy returned my call and immediately after telling me who she was and that she would take me on as a client, lifted a load off my shoulders. Her voice just put me at ease. I have been seeing her now for a couple years and she has helped me tremendously through a very rough time in my life. I am so thankful for her and would recommend seeing her.
