I had a great first visit with Dr. Howard! Both him and his assistant were very welcoming, professional, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I had a great conversation with Dr. Howard. He was very interested in getting to know his new patient, and I felt very welcome there. He also educated me on the work my previous dentists have done on me and why they did it in addition to the current state of my mouth. Very glad I visited him!

I had a great experience.  Dr. Howard saw both my husband and myself as new visits. We have a toddler, who he even let sit on my lap while performing the initial exam! He is very knowledgeable and helpful in answering questions. We'll definitely be going back. 

Very friendly and personable staff.  The quality of care was excellent.  Found a great practice with whom I will be sticking with.  They have a great location and weekend hours as well!

Dr Howard is the only dentist I trust and I can be relaxed with because I am very nervous at the dentist.  He and the staff are great and very welcoming and always trying to put me at ease.

Very Impressed with the service I received. I made the appointment for 10am and after reading the notes to the office I wrote thru zoc doc, Dr. Howard's office called me asking to come in at 9 so they had enough time to treat the unknown excruciating pain I was experiencing. As a new patient, I was impressed with the dedication and care I received. Dr. Howard even called later to see how I was feeling. 

As my current dentist (now ex) canceled my emergency appointment 20 minutes before I was due there, and casually said I could some in next week. I am happy to have found a new dentist I feel comfortable with and can rely on.

Dr. Howard is a highly skilled dentist proficient in all areas of his craft. I had but a few treatments at his office but could tell that he was superior to any dentist I have been to before. His demeanor and concern for my comfort was unmatched. His staff is also highly trained and more than willing to help with regard to insurance and scheduling. Also , He and his associate Dr. Banks, Wallace and Carmen are really nice people - you will not be disappointed. 

I thought he was very personable and thorough. His staff was also very comforting and efficient.  I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Howard is by far the best Dentist Ive had in NYC. His Focus is truly on the patient and not just the money, his staff are professional & courteous. Ive found my new dentist and I highly recommed him! 

Everything went great! Very professional. Dr. Howard is great. He first listen to what i say and need then gives me his opinion and do what works for me best. I trust him.

Logistics: I arrived a bit early, and they were able to take me in before my actual appointment time.  I am pretty sure that has never happened.  Ever.  Also, as a new patient they sent me my intake forms ahead of time via email, which just made everything so smooth.  

Dentisting: The dentist and the hygenist were both awesome.  Super pleasant, and really took my concerns (some intermittent pain in the same tooth) seriously. I am very pleased.

I always look forward to my dentist appointments, thanks to Dr. Howard, Dr. Banks and the staff. The office is bright, clean, and inviting. Tea and coffee await clients in the waiting room, as do numerous magazines and massage chairs. Dental appointments are relaxed and enjoyable, thanks to the dentists' and hygienists' expertise and professionalism. I have used Banks & Howard for over 20 years, and would never consider going anywhere else.

Both Dr. and hygienist were very friendly, smart and informative.  Office was clean and modern and even had T.V.'s for me to catch up on ESPN!  Would highly recommend.

Excellent experience, from reception/check-in to check-out. The administrative and dental teams were terrific, used state-of-the-art equipment to diagnose the problem, explained everything clearly and were flexible in scheduling the follow-on procedure and splitting the payment. Definitely an improvement on my last dentist!

Timely, thorough, caring & informative doctor!

Overall, great. Wait time was a little long, but fortunately I was not in a rush.

Great Doc with fantastic people working for him in a newly renovated hi-tech office. I highly recommend.
