DR. Macagno and his nurse were excellent explaining my MRIs. His knowledge and experience showed. Have total confidence in his explanation.

Very attentive patient and professional did not rush me out of the exam room and answered all my questions with a pleasant demeanor 

Dr. Macagno takes time to explain all medical conditions and options for treatment.  I had to take my dad for an MRI (2 hours) and observed Dr. Macagno communicate with patients and staff.  I was very impressed with how he treated all his patients but more importantly how he treated his staff.  Everyone was acknowledged and treated with respect.  The entire staff was happy to be at work.  I almost asked if they had any openings. Great doctor and fun place to work.  

Dr is awesome listens and very pleasant..I have recommended  to my friends and family and co-workers. 

Absolutely amazing bedside manner and attitude, just what this pt needed. Straight forward to the point and made us comfortable just prior to surgery. He called my fiancé immediately after my surgery and recovery was so fast and complication free. He told us he was available if we needed him. 

Dr.Macagno is an excellent doctor he’s very kind and caring he never rushes you out of the office, I would definitely recommend him.He’s staff is also wonderful, Dr. Macagno is also very honest he tells you like it is.

Dr. Macagno is a great doctor.  He doesn't rush you out his office, he answers any questions you have. He's very professional, patience, caring, very understanding to all your concerns. I am so happy to have Dr. Macagno as my surgeon, he explains everything so well and makes you understand everything about what you had done and why you're experiencing pain or discomfort.  I had 2 surgeries with him and I trust and feel that I will feel better not 100% but I am feeling better.  He makes you laugh even when you're not feeling well and that's a plus for me.  I would highly recommend him to anyone I know who is in need of his services.  He is  great surgeon and wonderful person.

Dr. Macagno is very warm, personable and knowledgeable. He requests and reviews your medical records and films before your visit. On the day of your visit he greets you warmly and discusses his findings and recommendations. During his discussion, he shows you on your films where the problem(s) is/are and his recommendations for correction. He listens to your questions and concerns and gives you his honest opinion. There is no pressure to move forward immediately and he concludes the visit when you are satisfied that your concerns have been addressed. 

Had surgery yesterday with Dr. Macagno and let me tell you this doctor has been awesome right from the start. I felt extremely comfortable with him as my spine specialist and surgeon. I highly highly recommend him and his entire staff. If you are nervous or afraid of spinal procedures just reach out to Dr. Macagno and he will break everything down and answer all questions. He doesn’t rush you he doesn’t ignore you he genuinely cares and listens to every concern you have. Thank You Dr. Macagno 

He is a wonderful Doctor.  He explains everything well and takes the time to listen to you.  My husband had cervical surgery and everything went well.  I highly recommend Dr. Macagno.

Dr. Macagno was nicer and more knowledgeable than I had anticipated. His sense of humor and kind personality makes you feel at ease during the visit. I've been to well over 10 Ortho n Neuro surgeons and Dr. Macagno is by FAR the friendliest and helpful. What proved to me that he truly cares about people's well being and not just $$$ is that he'll take care of my lumbar surgery but would rather me go to his partner for my more complicated thoracic surgery as he hasn't done them in a few years but knows that his partner loves complicated thoracic surgery. I was very impressed with everything said by Dr. Macagno and finally feel confident that I'm with a doctor that actually wants to help my quality of life and not just make $$$. So blessed I chose him!
