Dr. Betty Petrak-Ron, MD

I would highly recommend Dr. Petrak-Ron to any one. She knew all about Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. I have only found one other doctor who knew about it who diagnosed me in my fifties. She listens well, has a great staff and knows the right tests for folks like me. Her total knowledge of all things medical amazed me. She has a technique to get rid of migraines. She has a great sense of humor too. She will be my doctor as long as she is in practice!

Wonderful!!  Very friendly office, knowledgeable providers.  I have seen both the doctor and her PA Robin MacLaughlin.  They both spend a lot of time with you, which is very rare these days.  I am a self pay patient, and they gave me a great discount for my visit and testing.

Fabulous!!  Would recommend Dr. Petrak and Robin MacLaughlin her PA for a thorough work up of allergies.   They both spend a lot of time with a patient, which is rare these days. 

I would absolutely not recommend this doctor's office.  My husband went to this clinic for allergy shots, and ended up being diagnosed with lyme disease.  He had to put the allergy shots on hold.  We were never told that the serum expired, and when we tried to start them up again, the serum (and therefore hundreds of $), was gone.  I called to talk with the billing dept on this, and Eric was incredibly rude, condescending, and not understanding in the slightest.     Extremely poor communicators


Horrible. I was given mid information regarding payment, the new nurse inappropriately touch my child when ask not to, and when unable to make a final payment they refused service. I recommend anyone in the area but this clinic.

After being a patient for over 5 years and getting allergy injections, I've decided to move to a different allergist.  Dr. Petrak has a terrible bedside manner, even using fowl language.  I don't trust her abilities as a health care provider since I still have allergy symptoms and there doesn't seem to be an end to injections.

Dr. Petra is one of the most unprofessional healthcare practitioners I have ever seen. She lacks empathy, and I have considered filing a complaint against her practice with the appropriate board. I would not recommend her.
