Dr. Carole Gervais, MD

The best bedside manner. She was my son and my daughter's pediatrician in NY, they are now 31 and 24.  My son (31) has his first baby and I wish Dr. Gervais could be her pediatrician. She is an asset to the medical community. 

She acts inconvenienced by your visit, and was impatient with my child. Her bedside manner is unconcerned, disingenuous, and rushed.when I tell her our concerns and what is going on with our children she nods and says “mmhmm”, but then asks the same question that I’ve already answered multiple times. She is not a good caring doctor. 

Very thorough and polite.  Accommodated my request for a doctor even though they are not taking new patients.   We are visiting from overseas and my daughter needed medical assistance for hopefully a one off occasion. Thank you. 

Dr. Gervais is a caring, thorough and excellent doctor. My kids love to go to her office. Her whole team is very professional and we never have to wait more than 5-10 min. to be seen.

Lovely person, lovely doctor, very attentive and professional. Can't recommend her enough. 

Dr Gervais is so sweet and takes her time with her little patients.  She has a calm demeanor about her which eases any fears any of us could have.  Her timely guidance has always been on point.  Also, the staff is super helpful and friendly!

Dr. Gervais is the absolute BEST. My children have been with her since birth. We just Iove her. Always available, no question is a stupid question, she respects your concerns and has a delicate way of calming a worried parent and a fearful child.

She's treated both our daughter and our son and is excellent. Staff is amazing. Highly recommend.

My teenage daughter was thrilled with Dr. Gervais. She felt she was engaging, personable and thoughtful, and that she really took a lot of time to get to know her during her first visit. My daughter is, thankfully, a healthy kid, but I felt Dr. Gervais was very thorough in the questions she was asking us. An excellent first visit! 

She was very warm, took her time and was extremely thorough.

Dr. Gervais talked us through exactly what was going on with our son's illness and what we could do to make him more comfortable. She explained very clearly what other symptoms to look for that might indicate a problem for which we would need to come back and possibly get treatment. Her bedside manner was warm as always :).

Dr. Carole Gervais saw us on time. She was very friendly, she knew how to talk to children, yet was very professional and thirough with our kids exam. I would recommend her to my friends! 

She was very personable with my daughter she tok.her time to.answer questions that i.had  very professional   

Dr. Gervais put my son at ease as she was going through his yearly exam. She was very patient as we went through all our questions and concerns about our son. 

My son has been with Dr. Gervais for 18 years - from his very first minutes!  This was his last pediatric visit and I'm happy to share Dr. Gervais continues to be most professional, attentive, open, caring and knowledgeable.  What piece of mind we've had knowing Dr. Gervais was there for my son.  

Dr. Gervais has such a warm disposition and takes the time to listen to all your questions and concerns; she is very patient and nurturing with the children.  My 6 year-old daughter thinks Dr. Gervais is very sweet and nice!

I found Dr. Gervais to be highly competent, and her office/staff to be very efficient.  Overall I was very satisfied with our visit.

The visit was excellent! Exactly what we expected!

My 3 daughters were patients of Dr. Gervais when she practiced in NYC. She first saw my daughters in 1993 when my eldest daughter was 8 and my middle daughter was 6mos. Then came my youngest and last daughter in 1996. All 3 saw Dr. Gervais until they were 18. I am truly grateful for her care of my daughters throughout their childhood, adolescent and teen years. She was a blessing to them. They are now adults at 38, 30 and 27 and have thrived immensely due to her care. I applaud her and recommend Dr. Gervais to anyone seeking an experienced, talented and caring pediatrician. Many thanks to her and her staff in NYC and blessings to all who fall under her care, you are very lucky to have her as a pediatrician.

Doctor Gervais is very nice, my son loved her. She saw us right away. I totally recommend her!

Did not use gloves when giving shots, and during parts of the exam you'd expect them to be used. After giving my child a shot, she stuck the needle into the patient seat while giving the next and applying a bandaid.  That made me uncomfortable and uncertain how clean the seat my child was sitting on actually was. Did not wash hands before or after the exam. She is a knowledgeable pediatrician, and I appreciate that.  I am just not comfortable with certain habits, precautions and the wait time.

Dr. Gervais has been our children's pediatrician for many years and we feel very fortunate for this.  She has been an excellent doctor who has gone out of her way to follow up with our children's situations and who also has a very gentle, patient and engaging manner with them.  We cannot praise her enough!

She is patient, kind and always willing to take the time needed to discuss any concerns we may have. Her staff is equally wonderful, always fantastic to our kids and lovingly taking care of them.

We were early but because my child was in such distress they took her in right away.  We are visiting from out of town and am so grateful to have found a pediatrician with such nice bedside manner.  Same day appointment too!

Dr. Gervais was excellent. She was very knowledgable, thorough, kind and helpful. My 2 year old daughter really enjoyed her doctor's appointment and has been asking to go back!
