Dr. Dana Freeman, MD

I had a rectal prolapse which Freeman failed to diagnose, I finally went to ER after many visits to her. I have now had major surgery, 5 days in the hospital and I am left with pelvic floor damage and incontinence.

Poor listener.  Interrupts when you are asking a question. In a big hurry Have other patients I need to get to.  Spent all of about five minutes talking with me.  She will make you feel as though your questions are a bother to answer.  Bedside manner needs improvement.

Was referred to dr hemmati I thought she was a great doctor at first . She took her time to listen at first, answered the questions I had . She did a lot of testing to see where my health was at . I did noticed it took a hour to hour&half for her to come into the room. After seeing her for awhile she started to rush conversations to get me out. I finally got on a treatment, then I wasn’t doing good. Call to get into see her and come to find out she up and left to another state. I never knew. 

After waiting in horrific pain for 2 months to  see her, I was 10 min.s  late because of traffic. Therefore she canceled me and gave me an appt another month out. I looked at her notes, they put me down as a no show! How unfeeling is that. I’m canceling that appt and going with someone else. My pain is horrific. That sort of treatment is very cold.

There office is so busy they can't  give good care to there patients!!! It took 4 days to get a call back.  Her assistant assured me she wasn't prescribing me a medicine I wasn't allergic to but when I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine it had the medicine I was allergic to in it! I sent her assistant a mychart message it took her 3 days to respond to me.  After I got my test results back they still didn't have time for me and once again tried to prescribe me the med I was allergic to that was the 4th time.  They have way to many clients and there excepting new clients.  I don't want to go back And have asked my primary doctor to refer to a different doctors office who will give me better care and actually care about me and not see me as #'s
