Dr. Derek Masden

Consultation was just to short I should have taken my clue from that. Surgery performed and he did just the opposite of what was explained to me. Bare minimum is what was done when I know my insurrance would have covered exactly what I wanted because I know someone who had the exact same procedure done for the exact same reasons. When I explained my displeasure I was rushed out of my appointment. I will not be returning and am already looking I to a revision surgery. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Please don’t waste your time with this doctor. 

I took my daughter to see Dr. Masden last summer. I can not tell you how happy I am that our primary referred him to us. He listened and understood exactly what she had a problem with. He performed her surgery before she went off to college. He made sure he was able to follow up with her before she left. He went above and beyond and caring. This is my kid, so of course I want the best and Dr. Masden is just that “THE Best”

I had a surgical consultation with Dr. Derek Masden this past September regarding a skin condition. I scheduled my appointment with a Ms. Marjorie Agnew for 11:15 am and was told to arrive 30 minutes early and when I arrived at 10:40 to check in they told me that my appointment was scheduled for 10:15 but it wasn't until after I showed the paperwork THEY mailed me stating 11:15 was I seen. Dr. Masden was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to him and his staff. In short, don't bother

Comforted by Dr. Masden that the hand problem I had was not serious and there were different approaches to treatment.

The visit was relaxing, informative and anxiety free. Just as valuable as being in the office without the travel and wait times. 

It was great and look forward to my next appointment with him

Dr Masden was very personable and kind.  He gave me lots of information and things to try before surgery will become necessary.  He made me feel very comfortable and was very thorough with the medical history as well as the examination.

Such a nice guy. I'd recommend him to anyone. Surgery was a breeze and so was my recovery. 

Dr. Masden is always pleasant, helpful and professional. He discusses options with you concerning your condition and together with you, helps you choose the best option. I've been to him several times over the years and I always walk away feeling confident that I am in good hands.

As always, Dr. Masden was professional and patiently answered all of my questions and has an action plan for my health. I never feel rushed during my visits. He actually listens. I highly recommend him. He is the best!!

He was very pleasant,  and a calming spirit.  He made me feel very relax, which prepared me for my shot.

Down to earth, very personable, very knowledgeable.  

Always professional, compassionate and patient.  Always takes his time and explaining answers to whatever questions I have and making sure I am comfortable in the course of recommended treatment - often times including an illustration in the explanation.  Provides pros and cons, risks and benefits.  He is not quick to rush to having a surgical procedure but allowing the body to do its work and monitoring progress.  I feel that he listens to me and my concerns.  He is excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Masden is awesome. He truly cares about his patients, and makes you feel comfortable.

My appointment was very good. I had my stitches taken out and he did this very gentle and caring. He is very thoughtful and always asks if I have any questions. He explains everything he does and why he's doing it.

My visit was very punctual, the staff is very proffesional and polite. 

The entire visit felt rushed The doctor lacked concern of your questions and concerns. He was just too in a hurry to move on which leaves you to think he was disgusted my the view and in a hurry to move on to the next patient 

Dr. Masden did reconstructive surgery on me after a surgical wound (by a different surgeon) opened up.  He listened to my unique needs, and though my recovery will be long, he's made it possible to live a life in the meantime. He is also down to earth but confident and professional. I highly recommend Dr. Masden.
