I have been sick for 5 years with leg pain and breathing issues. I have been through 3 doctors. Dr. Roberts being the third. The first 2 doctors questioned by white blood cell count but didn't follow through. Dr. Roberts questioned my white blood cell count & referred me to a hematologist. The hematologist diagnosed me with Polycythemia Vera which is a blood cancer. I now have a treatment plan and not a death sentence. She literally saved my life. She was also sympathetic and said how sorry she was that I had hurt for as long as I did. She is a smart doctor. Thank you Dr. Roberts

Dr. Roberts was very patient and kind to my 90 year old mother.  Appointment was not rushed at all and advice given was great.  My mother has never been comfortable with any doctor, except Dr. Roberts.  Now bringing her back will be easy.

Great Bedside manner, easy to communicate with. Explains things so that I understand. Very thorough Physical examination, best I've ever had.

As a new patient, I had a very pleasant experience in her office. The staff  was very cordial and helpful as well as she. I feel confident that she will be very supportive with any health issues that I may have in the future.

I am a RN and am so impressed with Doctor Roberts and her staff.  In this Covid19 Era, I felt totally safe in the office.  Dr. Roberts actually listens!
All of her staff are so professional and respectful.  I am 77 and have had numerous doctors over the years.  I am so happy that I found Dr. Roberts and I would recommend her highly.

Dr Roberts has solved two intractable health issues. Thoroughly investigated both and gave action plan to solve both….and the actions worked. So glad we found her.

I first saw Dr. Roberts in 2022 as a new patient since not many other practices are accepting new ones. As others have said, she spends most of her time looking at the computer screen, hardly ever smiles or takes interest in what you’re saying. At that first visit she  asked me the same question twice, as if she hadn’t been paying attention. I was disappointed in the visit, but thought I’d give her a second chance. I went back this spring, and had the same experience. When I had been there in 2022, she told me to come back in the spring, but when I showed up for my visit, no one seem to know what the purpose of the visit was. I did tell her a few complaints about my health, which she didn’t seem to take much interest in. She did a cursory physical exam. It’s hard to tell what her qualifications might be since she doesn’t say much. She doesn’t ask questions to try to get to know you and what your health has been like. I felt it was very impersonal. Looking to switch doctors.

I thought initially she was fine but took me off a medication without weaning  and my nervous system was messed up and still is. I would never recommend her to anyone. I’d give her a zero rating

At my initial visit all she did was look at her computer screen and asked questions. When I came back for what I thought was my annual check the discussion was labored and  I didn't feel she was truly interested in me as a patient. In all my years of dealing with doctors this was the worst interaction I have ever had. 

Worst experience with a physician I have ever had.  

Does not listen to patient concerns; barely makes eye contact; talks over your explanation of "reason for visit" with unrelated responses showing no intake of info. Went in for headaches/migraines and dizziness. Was given a prescription not traditionally migraine rated which made things worse. Asked for neuro consult, was given ortho and cat scan, denied neuro. Dizziness increased from spells to consistent. Office rep said, "since you were given the wrong prescription for headache and dizziness..." When I tried to correct, "I was given NO prescription for dizziness," I was FORBIDDEN TO SPEAK. Told me if I didn't "hush" she was going to put me on hold. I didn't bc accuracy MATTERS with meds. Dr. Roberts then pawned me off on ER. Can't drive self but was told to "call an ambulance" during post-pandemic mandate to thin out 911/ER.  I'm burdened for the future patient who calls with actual life threatening concern that is not listened to and left equally untreated. Buyer beware.

Absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen. My mother and I were there for the first time for a check up and she could not have been more unenthusiastic. She wrote with her chin leaning on her elbow, asked very few questions and did no exams at all. 
She needs to find another profession because she clearly has no interest in her patients. 

I would definitely recommend Dr. Roberts. She is very smart and listens when I talk. She is kind and considerate and very knowledgeable about everything I asked.

Dr. Roberts is thorough, knowledgeable, and caring. She always takes plenty of time with me, asks many questions, and always has the right answer.  I highly recommend her. 

Came in with excruciating agony in my arm.  She came in with the affection of a dead fish. She did not listen to me.   She said, "I don't know what to do." She did not help my issue. Gave me a referral to a doctor she did not know if he was still in practice.  Maybe in 3 days, maybe not.  I'm still in a lot of pain.

Not impressed. She barely looks at me. Enters answers to questions she reads on the computer.  Barely looks at me, does not put a gown on me, does more data entry than examining.  I requested she authorize a test, said she would. Never happened, have to call back again to remind her to request the test. Switching as soon as I find another doctor.

How can patients be so blind as to give this doctor a 4 and 5 stars?  The office is just as bad. Small town doctors what do I expect?
