Dr. Fiona Zwald

I scheduled my appointment for an annual skin check up and to treat my psoriasis.  I arrived early and was led back to the exam room right after I signed in.  She arrived less than 5 minutes later.  I was impressed how fast my appointment went, but I never felt rushed.

She took time to examine my skin and listen to my questions.  Her friendly disposition (as well as her assistant), made for a very comfortable and fast appointment.  I will highly recommend her to friends and family. 

Both she and her various staff/nurse assistants were so friendly and cheerful.  Eased the anxiety to a comfort level.

Very professional.  Have already recommended her to several friends.

Love the heated neck pillow! If I hadn't known I was having surgery,
I would have thought I was at the spa!
Thank you for being so thoughtful. See you in two weeks for the next one.

She is wonderful!! Really cares about her patients and will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of and feel comfortable. Highly recommend her to anyone. She has a very wonderful staff as well!

She is wonderful!  She communicates very well and tells you exactly what to expect and what is going on during the procedure.  She is very thorough, takes her time, and makes sure you are not experiencing any pain.  Her medical tech, Alisa, is also very professional.  Both have excellent bedside manners.  I liked the painless part, the comfortable enviroment, and music.  It was very relaxing.  Dr Zwald is well organized and best of all she provides you with her cell no. in case of complications.  A lot of physicians want to hide from you after the procedure.  Considering the procedure, it was a most pleasant experience.

Great bedside manner. Very capable, and very patient with my 96 year old mother today. Really just outstanding. 

From the beginning I felt like I was in good hands.  Even when it looked like things might be taking a left turn, she never came across as thinking it would be anything other than perfect.  

She performed Moh's Surgery on my nose and unless you're looking for it - the scar is relatively unnoticeable. I would highly recommend Dr. Zwald!

Genuinely compassionate and interested in the patients' overall well-being. Dr. Zwald is always very positive and conversant, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and technical expertise.

Dr. Zwald was very efficient, but still thorough. One area of the top of my head was 'suspicious,' and she ordered a biopsy of that tissue.  I am well pleased with her professionalism.

Dr. Zwald and her staff were great!  I would definitely recommend her to others!  However, I wish I had known  more about what my procedure entailed so that I was more prepared and more about the expected recovery time beforehand.  It would have allowed me to make better arrangements at work.

Great experience. I was nervous when I went in was having a melanoma removed but Dr Zwald was reassuring and calmed my nerves before she started and talked to me before and after surgery. She was great and wasn't rushed to get to the next patient.

Dr Zwald insisted on removing a freckle from my hairline that never healed properly. Also her husband harassed me after they didn’t bill my insurance in time and I had to pay out of pocket. He is a huge douche!!!!!

Dr. Zwald cared for my father for many years, through several Mohs surgeries, and for my cousin, a transplant patient.  Both of them adored her.  I am now a patient, and don't think I have ever met a more caring and empathetic physician. She clearly explains all the details of your treatment, with a twinkle of Irish humor.

Very engaging personality, and a thoughtful visit from Dr. Zwald.  I appreciated those few extra minutes that she spent with me to get to know me a little better.  Also, big kudos to Kim who has been my nurse for my 13 Extrac laser treatments thus far.  She's very much a professional, and always so pleasant to visit with, even at 7AM in the morning!

She has a good bedside manner, seems to care about her patients and give options.

They seemed a little disorganized this morning.  I was told I would need to wait 15-20 min because Dr Zwald was delayed in a surgery.  I understand those things happen, however, that turned into 40+ min and no one came in the room to keep me updated until I walked out to find someone and ask.  The right thing to do in that situation is to keep the patient aware of the delay, don't leave them alone in a room wondering.
