No pain. Reception and billing are friendly and thorough. Hygienists are as chatty as you want/let them be. Senior assistant is first class. Dr. is a chair hopping ninja as a busy practice warrants, but will not leave you wondering what just happened, or with any unanswered questions. No pain.

Dr. Philipp is very caring and professional.  Have been going to his practice for about 5 years and would not change. Does a great job with minimal discomfort if any.
I know going to the dentist is not always one's top priority but I will add that when you arrive, his front office staff will greet you with a warm smile and a positive greeting making you feel at home. 
All of his clinical staff are top notch professionals.

My daughter and I have been going to this office for just over 3 years now and I have never felt this comfortable at any other dentist ever! The girls in the front are always so welcoming and have been extremely helpful with my insurance as well financing my non covered expenses.  The 2 hygienists take time to go over flossing and brushing techniques with my daughter who is currently in braces. Dr. Philipp always takes the time to explain procedures with us and make sure we are comfortable.  

I have been a patient for awhile now and have had a crow replaced because another dentist failed to remove all of the cavity and give me a proper fitting crown, the new crow is great.  I am also a patient getting Invisalign and am having a great experience with Dr Philipp getting my teeth straightened perfectly.  The staff is great and makes going to the dentist a good experience.

A very positive group of people who care about their patients, very upbeat and positive experience, highly recommended!

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but Dr. Philipp knows what he is doing and is so gentle. I have never been to a dentist with a more friendly staff— they are very personable. Thank you. 

I recently had two crowns replaced.   There was an issue with both.  My complaint is Dr Phillip's failure to inform me of the problem and additional work he was doing.   Despite his knowledge of my dissatisfaction he failed to address this.    The physician patient relationship is mechanical and insensitive.   Very poor experience.    Of note the office staff is exceptional but I will not be returning.   

Nice staff nice office.  I had a bad tooth ache even though they were very busy they worked me in right away.   I am a afraid of the dentist that is why I have not seen a dentist in 3+ yrs that is probably why I had a tooth ache in the first place.   The Dr and his assistant were very kind and sensitive to me.  They fixed 3 teeth and I was pain free the next day.  Thanks so much.  If you need a quality caring dentist this is the one.

Really friendly staff...I am not a big fan of the dentist but the staff really put me at ease.  The Dr was caring he listened to my concerns then explained all of my options we settled on a plan I am very happy with my first visit and will definitely refer my family.

Very professional and thorough, what you want from a dentist office.

When you think of doctors it is in terms of bedside manners, but with dentists we speak of their dental chair manners. Dr. J. Phillipp, known as Dr. Phillipp, is a dentist with dental chair manners in spades. Going to the dentist has never been my cup of tea, but this office makes you feel right at home and relieves any anxiety or fear. Unlike many dental offices, if you don't have insurance you are offered reduced prices which is comforting when you don't have much money. The dental office staff is top notch in customer service department-very friendly. The rooms are clean, which leads you to believe they keep up with cleaning the equipment too. Overall, I have no problem referring him to others. If you have to go to the dentist, you might as well go to one you can be completely comfortable with.

Wow I think I found myself a new dentist!! Had my first visit and the staff there was so friendly. The dentist and hygienist work together in harmony! My hygienist was so thorough and used the latest technology on me. Jewel, is the best, she was so comforting, she explain the entire process in every step of the way so I can feel comfortable and Dr. Philips, is so gentle and upfront and told me what I needed! This place definitely deserve a 5 star and more, plus, this office is super clean! Definitely looking forward on coming back!

Dr. Philipp is very professional and quite thorough is in examination. His years of experience and explanation of what is to be done put me at ease. The office is clean and comfortable. Denise, who cleaned my teeth was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in detail. Dental assistant/hygienist Jewel was also very good at her job addressing my concerns. The billing department explained all costs and exactly what they were for. The cost of my dental work was much better than the previous two dentists I had seen about it. Overall, I highly recommend this dentist. Prompt, professional, clean, and courteous.

Unlike many other medical related offices they don't make you wait forever in the waiting room! Within a few minutes of checking in they get you in a dental chair. Yes they see several patients at once but I have never been in a dental office that didn't- it is called efficiency. Dr Philipp has been our family dentist going on 4 years with no problems with this practice. They are totally up front with all work to be preformed.

Got in right away and was able to take care of the problem and get everything squared away. Dr. Philipp was very nice and my dental assistant Jewel made me feel at ease with everything and genuinely cared about patients. Not a big fan of dental offices in general but this one was simple, to the point and got the job done. Thanks Dr. Philipp and Jewel!

I have been going to Dr. Phillip for the past couple of years and have been extremely happy with him as well as his wonderful staff. Always courteous and make me feel comfortable.

Dr. Philipp is great. They are not only a dentist but will consult you and what is truly best for you. They are awesome with working with the insurance company to maximize your coverage. Great scheduling, and the front office staff is the most friendly that I have experienced. Been coming here for close to 4-5 years and referred many people here. The referral program is also nice.
