My experiences with Dr. Gelderman-Moffett have been exceptional. She takes the time to listen, is thoughtful, kind, extremely helpful and a real advocate. I would (and have) recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor you can trust. 

Dr. Gelderman took the time to listen to me. She made me feel comfortable talking about what I am experiencing.  She made sure I knew that I wasn’t losing my mind, and that I’m not alone.  She also understands that my journey through menopause is uniquely mine, and based my treatment plan on me. I wish I had found her years ago.

Dr. Gelderman is thorough, informative, kind, & an overall good doctor. I am very glad to have her as my primary physician.

i value dr gelderman-moffett as my primary care physician.   She listens, asks good questions and helps me find the best approach to my health needs.  Her professionalism and  knowledge make me feel comfortable in communicating with her.  She handles referral needs in a timely manner.  i recommend her highly.  And i have found the office staff (both medical as well as administrative) to be helpful and excellent with communication needs.

I would rate my experience as 1 star.  I went to her for an urgent and painful knee issue the Friday morning before a long 3 day weekend.   The imaging center she shuffled me off to for x-rays was very cooperative and turned the x-rays around quickly.  After the imaging center ensured they had sent the x-rays to Dr. Gelderman-Moffett not once, but twice,  the real run around began.  First they claimed they had not received them.  Then they admitted that they had the X-rays and someone would call back.  Then they said Gelderman-Moffett had left earlier that afternoon.  Friday afternoon at 4:30.  Someone will call back on Tuesday.  She has zero credibility with me as a healthcare practitioner, and I am changing doctors and leaving New West Physicians.

Dr. Gelderman-Moffett is an attentive and knowledgeable physician who seems to really care about her patients.  She is an excellent listener.  She allowed me to share everything with her before she began her examination.  Dr. Gelderman-Moffett was kind and empathetic where appropriate.  Her bed-side manner is a class act!

Dr Gelderman -Moffett gives the profession a bad name. She practices her beliefs not medicine. She disregards prior treatment plans and made zero review of my medical conditions before the appointment.  Sadly when I asked her if she was familiar with my autoimmune disease she went on defense and gave me a curt reply.  After further discussion she it was apparent she had zero knowledge. After ten years at this practice I will be moving on!

I'm thrilled to have found Dr. Gelderman-Moffett.  She shares the studies and science around my questions related to my health allowing me to make educated decisions in my healthcare.  Grateful to have her in my corner.
