I'm deathly afraid of the dentist but he was good to me

I went here for the first time to do cleaning and some consultation. It's right by Woodhaven Blvd. subway stop so it's easy to get to! It's walking distance from me so even better!

Staff was nice and helpful. Dr. Wei is so professional!

They tried to give me to the game the dentist, no! Who I booked that's who I want. So I waited, and he came. Kinda young, kinda awkward but most definitely a good doc! His assistant is cut and sweet but talks too much instead of paying attention. Bottom line, I like him. That's my dentist.

It was my first visit, I had x-rays and cleaning done. Overall visit was pleasant: staff is extremely attentive, doctor was polite and to the point (the qualities I appreciate the most). Their equipment looked well taken care of- some of it looked advanced: they have this machine that makes x-Ray of all your teeth at the same time.  Great place. I would definitely recommend. 

Very professional and courteous. Everything was explained before, during, and after all procedures. I will be returning here from now on.

I was seen by another dentist for consultation whose English was not  too good, don't know why Dr. Chiang did not want to see me or take my case.

I has been waiting for more than one hour. Doctor left in the middle of my appointment and without notice me. Then other staff told me doctor left already because he has another appointment.  
Hmmm, I think this is really unprofessional. 

I like the dentist, just not the office staff at all. 
My first appointment was okay - filled out some forms and the wait time wasn't too long. The office entrance is right near the subway entrance, a little dark and sketchy, but the office itself was very clean. The office was very loud, when there weren't that many patients being seen at the time. There were 3-4 men talking very loudly in the hallway, and the rooms don't have any doors so that's all I heard. My first appointment was just cleaning and taking some X-rays so I can't say anything about the dentist's dental work. 

When they asked me when I wanted to come in next, I told them I would call to schedule because I wasn't sure when I could come but the receptionist forcefully scheduled me for the following week and told me that I can just call to reschedule if anything. So, the next week I called to reschedule my appointment just like they suggested because I wasn't able to come in and got yelled at. I called a few days before the date so it is not like I didn't show up. 

The morning of my appointment comes, and it's a blizzard. Many places and schools were closed for a snow day so I wanted to make sure the office was open before I made my way through the snow just to go to a closed office. 
I started to call the office at 8:30am because the office opens at 9, and my appointment was at 10am. I called at 8:30, 9:00, and 9:30 but nobody picked up so I left a voicemail to tell them that I was not going to come. 
I got a text from a number at 9:40 to tell me that they were open and if I was coming because I couldn't leave my house. I replied back saying that I couldn't, and that nobody picked up. They kept saying that they were open and asking if I was going to come when I already mentioned that I was not able to. I told them that I would call to reschedule because I was not sure what my schedule would be like for the following weeks. 
I explained that I was calling an hour and a half before to see if they were open, but nobody picked up so I assumed they were not open. They replied by saying that if nobody calls, they are open. I wasn't sure where the logic in that was, but okay, every office has their own rules. 
Again, they tried to forcefully book me for the next Tuesday, when I already said that I was going to call. So, I repeated myself saying that I will call, where they replied to me with a "K". 
I don't know if they have a teen who thinks he or she is just texting a friend, but the receptionist and staff here is extremely unprofessional and needless to say, I will not be going back here. Now I know why the wait time wasn't long. 

First time going, quick check-in/registration, was not much of a wait at the time. Friendly staff and friendly dentist. He answered all my questions. Went for cleaning and that was great. Got a care package for first visit, which was nice as well.

so terrible dentist!! He filled my teeth, and I feel so pain, I went to his office 3 times, and told him I feel pain .He just took the X-ray and said there is noting! And then he grind my teeth?I went to see my PCP,she told me it's infection. Now I also have some occlusion problems.
So I go see another dentist, the dentist told me I have to do root-canal therapy?It is the medical negligence!!!

I made an appointment with Dr. Chiang but he was not the dentist that treated me. A different dentist checked my teeth and another dentist actually did the cleaning. Neither of them introduced themselves or explained what was going on. I got my teeth cleaned but felt a little weird throughout the whole thing. 

It was amazing the staff was so nice and i cant wait to come back thanks again guys
