Dr. Jiakun Cheng

Dr. Cheng not only gave me proper treatment but also explained the cause of my dental problems and suggested interventions with great patience, which I truly appreciated.

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Chang and would strongly recommend her. Every aspect of the visit was very professional: appointment started exactly when it should have, she took the time to document and explain what was going on and talk me through the various options, and she was also willing to accommodate my slightly unusual preferences and subsequently deal with the issue on the spot. What's not to like, right?

All told, the pain I felt yesterday and that led me to visit Dr. Chang is quickly vanishing and I'm very optimistic about the chances of keeping the tooth alive, so a great result overall. A shout out also to the admin team who were super friendly and quick to respond to my requests. 

Bottom line: a BIG thank you to Dr. Chang and the whole team and she'll definitely be my first port of call in the future!

Hadn’t seen the dentist in a while due to COVID restrictions, etc. Cleaning and check up was well-timed and both were conducted by the dentist herself. They were ready for my early appt and I will be back to see them again.

Dr. Cheng was kind, gentle and explains everything well. I had an urgent tooth issue, and she saw me right away, she was able to fix my tooth the same day as my evaluation, I've been shopping for a dentist for years, and now I have one.

Visit was great! Haven't been to dentist in 2 years. Dr. Cheng was so easy to speak to. She took pictures of my mouth and showed me where I may have issues with certain teeth. I had a really good cleaning!

Dr Cheng is great! I went in for a second opinion and was given clear guidance for why her suggestions were different than the previous dentist I saw. She also gave such a great explanation of how she reads xrays which is something I never got from a previous dentist. After having a bad experience at a previous dentist, I was so grateful for a pleasant experience with Dr.  Cheng. Also even though I was almost a 1/2 hour early for my appointment, they saw me early and didn’t wait for my original appt time which was great! I was expecting to have to wait.

This has been my favorite dentist appointment of all time! I put off going to the dentist for so long because I felt overwhelmed just trying to find a practice that would take my insurance, had good reviews, was near me, etc. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Sean, who was extremely. I waited for about two minutes before Dr. Cheng greeted me. Dr. Cheng was AMAZING. She took the time to explain how she works, walk me through my x-rays, listened to all my questions, and generally had a great bedside manner full of helpful dental advice. I am thrilled to have finally found a practice and doctor, and I'll definitely be coming back!

Dr. Cheng was amazing! She explained my X-Rays thoroughly so I could actually understand the current state of my teeth. She also walked me through ways to ensure the health of my teeth in the long term. Dr. Cheng and her assistant Alexis were incredibly friendly and approachable. I am so glad I switched providers!

This is the best dental experience I've ever had! Dr. Cheng was informative, comforting, and conservative in her approach with me as a new patient. Couldn’t recommend more. No visit to the dentist is ever “fun” but Dr Cheng and the team made this the least unpleasant dentist visit I’ve ever had.
