Dr. John Pellerito

He was my doctor for several years.  He knows his work.  His secretary Terri, an awesome person.   He’s no longer my doctor because of my insurance.

GREAT! You may have to wait beyond your scheduled appointment time, however, when he sees you, he takes the time to answer any and all question. In my opinion he's very personable.

awesome person and an awesome doctor !   and he is board certified internist and was a pharmacist before becoming a doctor so he is supremely educated , knowledgable about meds - not just from clicking on a computer ! 

He is kind of harmlessly sardonic but caring and a no BS kind of guy ! just be a little assertive and say WHOA ! if you think things are going too quickly and need more explanation or have other issues not being addressed ! he was formerly a sole practitioner so will advocate for you like no other maybe a bit like a fish out of water now having to deal w/ partners , rules and corporate medicine  now  so pity him !  . 

HINT : educate yourself w/ knowledge of your chronic condition  ( google it ! )and come prepared w/ questions ! you will get answers ! GREAT answers! practical advice and re-assurance 
remember noone can read your mind ! be honest w/ all your symptoms and problems issues as the commercial says !

Staff was great but Pellerito is terrible. Waited 1.5 hours to see him - he didn’t listen to me and was rude.

The doctor runs 3-4 hours late. Absolutely Terrible.

This was the worst experience EVER!!! The doctor was 3 HOURS LATE to our appointment. When we were finally taken back, the doctor walked into the room and straight to his computer, which was facing a wall. He had no interaction with us except asking questions. The doctor asked the same questions 4 different times. The doctor did not listen to what we had to say he was only checking boxes to get through the exam. The doctor at one point got up and walked out of the room, not locking his computer and had 10 different patients files pulled up on the computer. This is a huge HIPPA violation. We will NEVER go back to this doctor or this clinic again. I will never recommend this place to anyone!! This doctor should have his license under review for his lack of professionalism. 

Dr. Pellerito is very experienced, and thorough. I was confident in disclosing all of my medical concerns without ridicule. I feel confident that on going issues will be resolved with a doctor that took the time to ask enough questions.  I guess this is what having a doctor with 30 years experience running his own practice is like.  Down to Earth and right to the point.  

Doctor was good listed well was thorough and didn’t rush the consult wait time was not acceptable 1:45 min

You wait forever, then he gets mad at you for having more than one problem 

Dr Pellerito has been my primary care doctor for over 20 years.  He truely cares about all his patients. Sometimes have a long wait to see him, but that is because he takes as much time as is needed with each patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Go find yourself another doctor....! That was the doctor secretory respond when I asked her to reschedule my appointment if it’s possible ..... she was rude and acted as not professional business assistant to the doctor I was dealing with since 2009.

For the first appointment, I was asked to reschedule because the doctor was running so late he would not be able to see me. 

For the second appointment, I was told that I would be waiting for minimum 2.5 hrs due to the fact he was running late and behind. I was very disappointed that every single appointment the wait times average 3 hours which is unacceptable. Very much felt like this doctor has no care for the patients and the impact this unprofessionalism can have on them
