He charges patients for "universal precaution measures" which none of my friends who are dentists in NY and CA had heard of. Seemed like price gouging patients. 

Dr. John takes care of his patients with his great practice and great manners. Made me feel very comfortable.

Although this was my first filling, he was a wonderful dentist, and seemed proficient at what he is doing and the work completed! I do recommend!

Very thorough. Went in for a cleaning and was very above board with bad news. Showed me xrays and we set up appointments to take care of it.  

OUTSTANDING!  The best Dentist I every had. I have always been terrified of Dentist's but somehow Dr. Yi managed to take my fears away.

Dr. Yi is an excellent dentist, extremely kind and courteous as well as his staff, (at both locations). He made getting my fillings done quick and painless. Would definitely recommend! 

It was great. Dr. Yi and his staff are warm, efficient, and helpful. He didn't try to get me to buy lots of things. His staff walked me through the cost of some procedures I'll be getting. I have found my dentist!!

Top flight from the receptionist, to the assistant and especially the doctor. Overall great experience, no wait time and very nice clean contemporary office. Dr. Yi was very informative and gave me a clear outlook and vision about the future and the results I should look for. 

The visit was quick, informative and to the point. Dr. Yi provided explanations of everything that he was going to do or needed to be done in the future and the assistants provided the same level of care and quality. Would highly recommend this office.

The office staff are professional and friendly. My teeth were thoroughly cleaned and Dr. Yi made sure to answer all my questions.  I also love how the office is located really close to Crystal City metro.

The wait time in the office wasn't long, but in between being seen by the dental hygienist and Dr. Yi, there was a bit of a long wait.  I will try going earlier in the day if I don't have the extra time to wait. 

Other than that, I thought the office was really nice and well-kept, and I appreciated the TV by the dental chair!  Dr. Yi was very nice, and thorough, and took the time to answer my questions.

Despite the wait I experienced, this was a good dental visit.  I appreciate the clean and modern facility, and how both the dental tech/hygienist and Dr. Yi were professional and thorough.

I RARELY write reviews, but my first visit to Dr. Yi was so excellent that I have to share. I walked into the office right at my appointment time and was seen immediately by a hygienist, who began taking X-rays and cleaning my teeth right away. (Side note: I don't even REMEMBER the last time I didn't wait 15+ minutes for any medical appointment). Dr. Yi came in the room while the hygienist was finishing up and answered all of my questions thoughtfully and honestly. He was extremely efficient and just a generally nice person. I walked out in under an hour. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Yi and his great staff.

The office was conveniently located in downtown Rosslyn.  Office staff and hygienists were very professional and kind.  I was in and out very quickly.  Now to get used to the new ultra-sonic way plaque is removed, but my teeth are whiter just from that.
