Dr. Jonathan Ramharack

Dr. Ramharack was incredibly patient and helpful in providing medical care for my mother. 

My mother has always been a bit wary of doctors and hospitals due to her experience of being profiled and discriminated against due to her race and ethnicity. Dr. Ramharack's willingness to take time with her, listen to her (even when her concerns seemed unfounded), and answer with compassion and empathy was truly exemplary.  

When I think about the struggles everyone is facing during these past few years, I am so truly grateful and hopeful that my mother was able to receive the care she needed, and have a restorative and respectful medical experience. 

I would greatly suggest that anyone who has had negative and racist experiences in medical settings in the past see Dr. Ramharack. It seems like he understands what people need medically as well as what people need emotionally in times of crisis.

My sister was in Kindred Health for a month.  I left many messages for Dr. Ramharack with our case worker, and the desk, and he NEVER bothered to call me.  I left a message with specific questions we had about our sister like -- what could he tell us about the CT Scan he had performed.  He had someone call at 10 PM one evening and that person left the following message -- "overall she's doing somewhat better it's a slow process but she is doing better for sure so hopefully she will continue to improve I'll try to reach you again maybe tomorrow have a good night.  "  Wasn't that informative?  Some doctors just aren't good at their job.
