Through Doctor on Demand- she was patient and 100% attentive during the COVID-19 epidemic. I thought both the service and her level of care was fantastic. Asked about my work situation and my husband’s situation. Practical advice. She didn’t rush me at all.

I thought she was a wonderful doctor. Unfortunately she was in her last week at the hospital I saw her at so she wasn't able to give a follow up visit. I wish Zocdoc hadn't listed her, because the other hospital they had her at was incorrect as well. She was actually shocked to be seeing a new patient.

I visited Dr. Scott for my follow-up appointment for swimmer's ear. She is very knowledgeable and friendly. 

Dr. Scott was fine once I finally got to see her, but the wait time at the clinic was ridiculous. I didn't expect to wait over an hour even though I made an appointment.

I would love to have her as my new Primary Care Physician,  very caring!! 

She was very kind and friendly I will definitely recommend.

I just Love Dr Townsend. Professional,  personable & knowledgeable. 

Great bedside manners, a really down to earth person. Was able to discuss my concerns without being rushed.

In my opinion Dr. Scott was not concern about the health issue that affected at that time.

Very knowledgable, great talk and first consultation! 

Dr. Townsend-Scott took the time explain the proper usage of my current pain medication and the danger of incorrect usage.  We discuss upcoming test and Flu shot needed.

This was my 1st visit with Dr. Townsend. She is very caring and a good listener-seems very knowledgeable. 

Would not recommend, rude front desk staff, poor response time, referral not given.

Dr. Kimberly is not helpful at all and really lacks empathy. Talking to her made me feel horrible.

She was very polite. I actually switched my doctor for her.

She was very pleasant h listened to my concerns.  Very welcoming

I must say Dr Townsend was very attentive to my needs.  She discussed in great detail my diagnosis and a plan of action.

am considering in making her my new doctor, she O.K. for Now!
