It was my first visit with Lupe, and I was very impressed. She was personable, attentive, efficient, and professional.

She was very thorough in her examination and answered the questions I had for her.

When speaking with Lupe, she makes eye contact, and that is important to me because it indicates she is listening and we're not having a one-way conversation.

Lupe really listens to my needs and helps me to arrive at a good solution for my treatment plan.

She is good and appears knowledgeable in healthcare.
