No bedside manner. Doesn’t listen. Rude and lacks empathy.  Rushes through the exam.  Argumentative.  I would stay clear of this doctor. Strange that she makes no eye contact with patient or caregiver. My worst experience with a doctor by far!

Excellent. I was very impressed with Dr. Mary Mitchell. I was all set to ask her to be my primary care physician.  Excellent bedside manner.  She explained everything she was doing and suggested treatment throughout the visit. I felt very comfortable with her 

Was very easy to make appointment, check-in and be seen.  Staff was friendly and efficient.  Would return if I lived in the area.


Great visit.  Was seen by a different physician at the office as Dr. Mitchell was out today.  Dr. Muniz was great in filling in.  The staff was nice and I was seen on time.

Dr. Mitchell is extremely patient and has a great bedside manner. The front desk employees and nursing staff are quick and efficient. Highly recommend   

Dr. Mitchell was amazing. She has a great bed side manner and is a great listener. She answered all of my many questions and took the time to diagnose . Highly recommend her. The staff is helpful and upbeat. Office is inviting . look forward as this as my primary Doctor!

Doctor Mitchell is absolutely phenomenal. I've bounced around between dozens of primary care doctors throughout my life, and can say with confidence that she's simply the best in her field. Dr. Mitchell goes above and beyond other providers in her commitment to seeing patients through to long-term wellness. Not to mention, she's incredibly responsive. Doctor Mitchell, on several occasions, has answered messages in the AllCare patient portal within - and I mean this literally - less than five minutes. I'm trying to convince my fiancé to make the switch from her less-than-outstanding primary doctor. If Dr. Mitchell is good enough for my life partner, she's right for you too! Thanks, Doctor. :)

Not my cup of tea. Seemed like she wasn’t very open to new patients but yet accepts them. Staff was very rude.

I would not recommend you to go here as your primary care! The staff and nurse are very unprofessional. They gave me a form to fill out, and I did not understand one medical term on the form, then I asked both staff and the nurse, they had no clue what was it either. The nurse was just guessing what was it, and she told me to put a YES on that question, she couldn't explain what was it. Later the doctor explained to me and it was totally different that what the nurse said. If the nurse did know what was it, just simply tell me she doesn't know, we can always ask the doctor, but she pretend she knew it.

They kind of rush your treatment like an urgent care instead of a primary care center

Dr. Mitchell was swift and direct.  Once results came in she called me right away which I really appreciated. I waited maybe 5 minutes.

Dr. Mary Mitchell is honestly the best Doctor I have ever had. Her focus is Patients first and she ensures she treats all patients with respect and care. I would recommend her to anyone.

My experience was professional and quick. I am a full time mom of children being able to schedule an appointment and to be seen by a very attentive professional made my unsettling feelings go away. All my questions were asked and a clear plan for care was in place before leaving the room. 

Needed a physical after a long break without one and relied on zocdoc for guidance from the community. I was not disappointed. Dr. Mitchell answered my questions without taking a ton of time, and established my new baseline by doing some routine blood work. I have a complicated medical history so I'll be coming back in a couple weeks to review findings. The office will be moving so I'll withhold any thoughts about office location until then. 

Dr. Mitchell was great! Very knowledgeable and kind. Nurse Pat was also great and highly experienced. My annual physical was thorough and quick.

The nurse did a good job . when you take your blood pressure is too high. I stay in the room 20 to 30 minutes when the doctor comes the doctor didn't take the blood pressure to be mixture. She supposed to but I don't know why??

Dr. Mitchell was the fourth doctor I saw over the last year. The first three dismissed my symptoms and basically told me to take aspirin. Dr. Mitchell was the first one that listened. She got an appointment with a specialist asap. Turns out, I had a real medical problem! The specialist was surprised my primary caught it so quickly since it was tricky and the symptoms were kind of vague. Then a few weeks later after my appointment Dr. Mitchell called to check-in and make sure I was doing ok. I get the feeling that she's busy, but genuinely cares and WORKS HARD for her patients.

This doctor was very thoughtful when I saw her in the office. She listened to my complaints and patiently addressed all of my concerns.

My visit was not pleasant.   She was very impatient and kept interrupting me.  She gave off a vibe that she better things to do and gave a deep sigh when I asked her to repeat some of her directions.   The people in the office said this is normal behavior.

should spend more time on listening and counseling, even just a few more minutes would be a world of difference.  

No wait time, clean office and excellent service. Highly recommend for anyone who’s thinking of an efficient and excellent service.

When you start telling her the symptoms; She abruptly stopped me and said. 
We can only take "two things" at a time, you need to book an another appointment for others.
Money Minded place .. At least should have listened what I have to say - you shall ask me to visit gain, all good.
And absolutely no service was provided on this visit but billed.

I am definitely losing dollars spending my time written this review but certainly has moral value and help others.


Doctor Mitchell was friendly and informative.

Doctor Mitchell was very friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Don’t be alarmed if the appointment feels rushed. She has many patients and tries to maximize her time with each one as best she can. The virtual follow-up visit was convenient and she insisted if I had any questions.

Dr Mirchell came us as a family practitioner on ZocDoc, however after arriving she informed me I only have 5 minutes, and she would only diagnose one of my several symptoms. She did not give me the attention, nor listened to all of my medical concerns. She is a very in and out doctor.

Great visit! My concerns were addressed and the doc was knowledgeable.

Went in and immediately noticed issues. This is an urgent care style office so not something that I would think of as a primary care. It was deserted in there and their automatic lights were off because no one was there. 
Dr. Mitchell was very negative and basically insulting. While she gives the impression wants to help she was rude and pretty much a know it all. I get you are a doctor and should know about conditions, but you also have to at least listen to personal experience before you make assumptions.
I already had a bad feeling because the staff were pretty dismissive. The final straw was the fact that the one drawing my blood carried her supplies in a shower caddy with stickers on it and couldn't even complete the tests. I left with lab orders from an office that should be able to draw blood! Needless to say I'll still be looking for a doctor and will not be getting the labs done. They don't need my results or anymore of my time. 
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I really feel like people should know since my experience contradicts others. I'm hoping part of this is because they are a new building and maybe new hires.

Good doctor, definitely freaked me out a bit to begin with but calibrated at the second visit. 

I’ve been searching for a primary care doctor for a while now and came across Dr.Mitchell on Zocdoc. I booked Dr.Mitchell for an annual physical, she was in the room with me for barely five minutes. She personally asked me around five questions, asked me to open my mouth, felt on my knees, took my heart rate, requested that I get blood work done and come back in two weeks so we could discuss the results. For the most part it was an extremely quick visit. I’m beyond terrified of needles but the lab tech was professional, nice, and very quick that I barely felt a thing.
