My virtual appointment was right on the time I booked it and the doctor was very professional and easy to talk to!

Easy going man who communicated well. I will go back to him in the future.

The visit was everything that I expected and then some. I was very pleased with the visit and the doctor was very knowledgeable yet not overbearing as I've experienced with other doctors. I felt very comfortable and will be using Dr. Burke as my primary care physician..



Clean cute office, not a long wait, and really great experience being heard by Dr. Burke about my concerns. I walked out with all the information I needed and a plan. He’s also just cool  to talk to/has a great bedside manner. Definitely willing to travel to Arlington to see him in the future.

Efficient and effective. I was seen quickly and helped with exactly what I came for by a professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend. I will be going back.

This was hands down the best medical experience I’ve had! Dr. Burke spoke with me like I was person rather than just a patient, and he asked great questions, was very positive and genuine, and he actually cared. At no point did I feel rushed, and it was a very low stress engagement and interaction. Great experience and I will be using as my PCP moving forward.

Quick and responsive. Straight to the point and no superfluous tests, but was ready to answer any questions. 

Dr. Burke came in and immediately gave off an air of positivity. He was very easy to talk to and where some providers talk at you, it felt like we were having a conversation. He asked about any concerns I had and listened without interjecting. 

His responses acknowledged my concerns and he explained why he did or did not share that concern in terms that were neither too complicated nor overly dumbed down. He also let me know the circumstances under which it might be worrisome (e.g.,  I was afraid wrist pain was due to an old injury that would require surgery but it likely just requires wearing a brace sometimes). 

Staff was friendly and clearly competent, as well as easy to chat with. The receptionist processed me quickly and the PA gathered my information and drew blood efficiently without making the process feel rushed. I will definitely be seeing Dr. Burke in the future.

Doctor Burke wasted my time. Twice.  He first prescribed a tranquilizer that made me feel horrible instead of an alternative that has proven to help me in the past. After I came back to tell him I tried his solution and it didn't work, he said I'd have to come in person. I will give him a final chance but  he didn't seem all that interested in listening and helping the first two times.

Everything went really well. No complaints here. 

Dr Burke was personable & took his time to listen and ask questions. He was very thorough with his examination too. I highly recommend him. 

I just had my first visit here to establish a PCP and am happy with my experience. The office was easy to locate, clean, and had friendly staff. Dr. Burke was professional and personable and I feel confident in returning for my future health care needs.

The minute I walked in Joy at the front desk was so friendly and the customer service I received was absolutely amazing and so professional.    The nurse Michelle came to get me to get me ready to see Dr. Burke and she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything thoroughly to me.  This was the very first time I have been to see Dr. Burke and I never felt so at ease talking to Dr. Burke and what impressed me was he had on his laptop all the medications I am taking and asked me  right away do I need any refills.  He made me feel so comfortable in talking to him and he truly cares . I would recommend Dr. Burke to all my friends. The staff there is so very friendly and they all care. 

Such a difference from my old primary doctor. Office was so clean, the doctor didn’t keep me waiting. They are open late which is great if you work late. The only issue is the paying for the parking. But the doctor is the best I’ve seen in years, I’m upset I settled with my other primary for years and this gem was hidden the whole time

Dr. Burke is one of the friendliest and most helpful physicians out there. He was extremely efficient in his work, addressed all of my questions and concerns, and immediately made me feel comfortable with his welcoming and warm personality. I’m usually easily intimidated by doctor’s visits, but Dr. Burke really helped fight my fear!

Super friendly staff, came in for a physical but had 2 other problems and they addressed both!

Dr. Burke was great. Very thorough and empathetic and really made me feel like he was actually listening. Truly wonderful bedside manner. I saw another physician for the same problem who did not really listen to me, so I'm happy I went to Dr. Burke for a follow up. He explained everything thoroughly, including next steps if needed and the purposes of each lab he ordered. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Burke to anyone seeking care.

Terrific! I  haven't had a primary care doctor in years but figured I needed to get a physical. After fairly thorough research I decided to visit Dr. Burke and am glad I did. He's friendly, practical, obviously quite sharp, and, helpfully, seems to also remain quite abreast of current best practices, treatment, etc. 

Dr. Burke was very professional and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend.

Professional. Attentive. Good listener. I felt seen and heard. Dr. Burke offered recommendations and when I asked for tests that weren’t covered by insurance he explained and offered that he could still submit for it but would be more expensive. Appreciated his transparency and sharing of knowledge. 

His team also submitted prescriptions immediately. And lab result shared a few days later within their secure platform.

Went to med express, waited approximately 20-25 min for him to tell us he was going to order a flu and covid test, which should had been done at the onset of our time waiting for him. One of us had extremes congestion to the point of almost passing out when coughing but he said his lungs were cleared. Asked if I had a mask. If he was so concerned he should have brought one in or offered me one.  He was not going to give me a prescription, even though I’ve had this crud for almost 3 weeks. He wasn’t  going to give my husband an antibiotic until my husband stood his ground and said we wanted one because that’s the only way we will get better. He wrote the prescription for 7 days and any other time I’ve been on an antibiotic, it has been for 10 days. I’ve had nothing but great experiences from the Med Express on Warwick Blvd until today.  He was short and curt and very arrogant with no bedside manner. I will never be under his care again.

He sent the wrong prescription for a non-controlled medication into the pharmacy 3 times while I was waiting at the pharmacy. The next month he said the prescription was sent in and I went to the pharmacy and they said it was not received. I called his office and he said it was sent in again. The pharmacy said they still had not received it. The next day I stopped at his office and asked them to look into this.  They said they would resend it.  I said I would call the pharmacy before I left and make sure it was there. He stood behind a door while a receptionist talked to him. When I called the pharmacy then and there, they said they received it.

I went to see Dr. Burke because he had good reviews. I was mistaken, Sure I did not have a bad experience with his doctor bed manners, but he failed to address my illnesses . I had colon inflamation and very bad anxiety. He addressed only my high blood pressue that had been diagnosed long time ago as white high blood pressure and I warned him about it. He gave m prescription for HBP that I had been prescribed before and he did not even came out to discussed the medication. He did not address my colon inflamation and I had to see another physician for this. AS to my anxiety problem he only gave me a prescription for 15 pills for 15 days. Normally when I saw a physician last year I was prescribed pills for a a month and 2 refills. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He wanted me to come back for another visit. Milk man.

Great appointment. I booked it literally the day before! Wait time was minimal and the doctor I saw was excellent. My only regret is that I can't make him my primary care provider as he is apparently moving on!

Great service. Seamless  process and communication.

Dr. Burke is fantastic - a truly kind and caring physician!

Dr. Burke’s bedside manner was great.  It was my first visit with him, going over what I needed from a primary care physician.  For an initial visit with a doctor to go over what I needed s a patient, I highly recommend Dr. Burke.

I had moved to the area and went without a PCP for a long time. I never enjoyed the process of finding doctors that I felt comfortable with. Dr. Burke however, is nothing short but amazing. He took his time to listen to my concerns, made sure I was taken care of the right way, and was genuine. I already told all my friends if they need a PCP, that Dr. Burke was their best choice.
