Dr. Melissa Kushlak, DO

Dr. Kushlak performed surgery to remove a very large ovarian cyst and both my ovaries and fallopian tubes, and I am so appreciative of her professionalism, compassion, incredible talent and skills. She is very patient and listened to all my concerns. Dr. Kushlak and her entire team were amazing and I felt well-taken care of throughout my surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Kushlak to anyone seeking a wonderful gynecologist!

My visit was extremely appreciated! Some know it’s an uncomfortable circumstance but Dr. Melissa Kushlak definitely makes it comfortable and welcoming! 

Loved the staff and doc, deff going there from now on. 

This was my first visit with Dr. Kushlak and I’m very happy I was able to get an appointment with her. Her and the entire staff are so welcoming. She made me feel completely comfortable during my visit.

Both the doctor and her staff were so kind and sweet!! You can't ask for a cleaner office or a better staff!! The doctor was FANTASTIC!! 

They were amazing. First time there and they made me feel relaxed and welcomed. The helped ease my nervousness..
