Dr Gonzalez and her staff were great so helpful and knowledgeable. From the phone to the office my experience couldn’t be better! I would recommend Dr Gonzalez she is the best!

My niece who had severe acne made the horrible mistake of going to the doctor. She couldn’t not care less about the kids and simply is there to bill as much as possible to the parents/insurance company. She relies upon a nurse who has no idea what she is doing and my niece ended up with a horrible fungal infection because they kept throwing antibiotics at her as she got worse and worse. The fungal infection became worse than the acne They have absolutely no clue how to treat acne. Stay away!!!

Dr. Gonzalez is a complete disgrace to the medicol profession. My family member relied upon her for treatment for her acne and not only does she send all her cases to an untrained nurse (Monica Mato) but generates visit after visit with no care for the children. She does not care anything but to generate more money and refuses to even address the child’s needs. 
I urge anyone to stay away from this horrible doctor who is selfish’ uncaring and thinks it is ok to send all her patients to Monica who has no idea how to treat serious acne patients .

Dr. Gonzalez is amazing. Personable and knowledgeable. All 3 of my kids see her and we absolutely love her! Highly recommend, can’t say enough good things about her and her friendly staff!

I always had to wait more than 1 hour to be seen by the doctor. They give you appointments but they are never on time. The practice is not organized.

I had initially gone to Dr Gonzalez for my daughter's eczema.  She is very gentle and not intimidating to children. She is only a phone call away. in desperate flare ups, she has walked me thru steps to bring relief to my daughter, even when we changed dermatologist and it had been 2 yrs since we'd seen her,she was ready to give us her valued expert advise over the phone.  Thank you Dr Gonzalez!!!

Very professional, kind and considerate, really listens, and provides options and choices. Her staff is excellent too!

My son was seen by Dr. Gonzalez for eczema. We've been to many dermatologist in the past that did not resolve his rash.  Dr. Gonzalez properly diagnosed and treated him to where his skin today is eczema free. The staff is very accommodating and I like the fact that she sees parents as well! 

Our family had a wonderful experience at Dr. Gonzalez's office!  She was very knowledgeable and  personable.  She took her time and answered all our questions without feeling rushed.  She is probably the only Dermatologist in Miami where you will see the Doctor not a PA or Nurse, your wait is reasonable and the staff is friendly! I highly recommend her!!

We’ve been coming to see Dr Gonzalez for a few years and she’s an unbelievable Doctor. She cares about her patients and is very helpful and knowledgeable. 

Dr Gonzalez was great. She took the time to listen to our problem and examine my kid. The office staff was very pleasant as well.

I had the worst experience trying to make an emergency appointment. I called at 4:45 and asked if I could see the assistant because my daughter had a really bad rash and we had just returned from Anguilla. The receptionist checked with the office manager and was told that she couldn’t see us even though we are an established patient and it was an emergency and we live five minutes away from their office. She said she couldn’t ask the doctor’s assistant to stay 30 minutes past 5 pm. Completely unacceptable! 

Dr Gonzalez took amazing care of my 3 year old daughter. She is amazing with kids! The entire experience was great and she is very professional and caring. As a physician and a parent, I highly recommend Dr Gonzalez.

I had to wait 1.30 h with my baby crying on my knees. They are taking 2-3 appointments at the same time and don’t care about the patients waiting. No respect at all.

The office staff is very nice and welcoming and the office itself is bright and comfortable. I've never had to wait very long. Dr. Gonzalez spends time with you, not rushing to get to the next patient, and is meticulous in her exams. I recommend her to everyone looking for a dermatologist. 

I would not recommend this dr Mercedes Gonzales . Very unprofessional and not personable. My daughter had a hemangioma and she was an alarmist about it and made me feel horrible . Second visit dr Gonzalez seemed completely uninterested did not even measure the hemangioma and was rude and unprofessional. Will not return
