Dr Kaiser did not rush me into surgery! He was  thorough  in his pre surgical care. I felt confident when it came time for surgery! After surgery, my headaches immediately disappeared! I am still working on strengthening my neck muscles, I am feeling better! 

Dr. Kaiser is a very kind and ultra intelligent talented doctor. He spent loads of time with me and was extremely patient with all of my questions. Secondly, his staff is fantastic!  Thank you so much. 

Dr Kaiser has been taking care of my neck issues for many years . At this moment we are just monitoring my condition but should it get worse and I need surgery I know he will 100% be the best man for the job . Extremely knowledgeable and experienced. 

I had a Laminectomy in May of 2022 and have not had any problems. I have been walking 5 to 10 miles a day. I am 77 years old and feeling great. The best thing I have ever done is calling Dr. Kaiser from the very beginning he explained everything to me.  He is a very caring and easy to talk too. His associates Vivian and Joy are wonderful they really care and follow up with you it's really a wonderful team. I can never say too much for there help. If you are experiencing a problem  I would say don't wait get in touch with the team.

I would highly recommend Dr Kaiser to others. He genuinely takes time to make sure you understand the whole process.

As with prior visits, Dr Kaiser showed his concern, compassion and depth of knowledge for my condition. I had been to multiple neurosurgeons before seeing him but now will never go to anyone else.

Dr Kaiser involves his Patients in the decion making after he has discussed the appropriate care, explaines test results and Lab work.  He carefully listens to Patients concerns and helps to relax the Patient.  He is extremely thorough and covers all bases.  He is competent, knowledeable and direct.  Dr Kaiser is friendly and has a great way of communicating some very difficult diagnosis in a completly understandable and effective manner.  He is certainly one of the Best Neurosurgeons I know.

Dr. Kaiser is absolutely wonderful!!  From the first time I met him to the follow through of my surgery, he was there every step of the  way.  I can not emphasis enough how wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and compassionate Dr. Kaiser is.  I knew from the first time I walked into his office for a consultation, there was no one else I trusted with my spinal surgery!

His conservative and thoughtful approach to serious neurological issues is greatly appreciated by my extended family who have come to know and trust Dr. Kaiser so highly. Dr. Kaiser is a great listener and able to translate the information on the images in a way that is very helpful. He’s never quick to recommend surgery and I trust his judgment.

when I saw Dr Kaiser in March of 2021 I was unable to walk . I was basically down to a wheel chair. I was numb from the chest down. Dr Kaiser diagnosed my condition as Cervical Disorder with Radiculopathy. A severe case. He cleared his schedule and did emergency  surgery the next day.  He performed Anterior Cervical Fusion with Instrumentation. Dr Kaiser said there's a good possibility that i would need a cane for the rest of my life. Thankfully I have about 90% use from my legs and numbness is all but gone. Thank you Dr Kaiser and his Assistant Ms. Vivian Salazar. That being said I would Highly recommend Dr. Kaiser 

I went to see Dr. Kaiser regarding some lower back pain along with some additional neurological symptoms that I've been experiencing recently. Upon arrival, he ran me through some basic tests and listened to my complex history. We then sat down and reviewed my scans. Concerned about the worst-case scenario, Dr. Kaiser quickly put me at ease and was extremely thorough with his explanations of the diagnosis and treatment options. 

Additionally, I'm deaf, so I was using the voice-to-text functionality on my phone to communicate. Dr. Kaiser jumped in immediately and made communicating completely seamless. 

Both Dr. Kaiser and his staff were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I had severe nerve compression requiring c5-c7 fusion and distectemy.Dr Kaiser performed the surgery with fabulous outcome. My pain and numbness is gone and I’m fully recovered after one month. Dr. Kaiser was referred to me by a relative whom he had treated.  I am thankful to have been treated by Dr. Kaiser.  He explained the procedure in detail which made me feel comfortable in having the work done by Dr. Kaiser. I would not hesitate to be treated by Dr. Kaiser.  Also, his supporting staff is excellent.

Arrogance.

I saw Dr. Kaiser while in search of a particular procedure that my pain management specialist recommended, but doesn't do in his facility.

When I called the reception desk to schedule an initial consultation appointment, I specifically asked if Dr. Kaiser  does Endoscopic Rhizotomy, separate from Radiofrequency Ablation. The receptionist put me on hold to find out, came back, and said that he has done it before. With that information, I finished scheduling my appointment.

When I arrived and met with Dr. Kaiser I presented them with my medical records which included my MRIs on discs. The doctor attempted to extract the file and open it, but was unable to get it to work. I asked if he tried to just open the file without extracting it and he responded by saying it doesn't work that way, even though that's how I accessed it at home. He continued to try things "his way" and even made me switch rooms to his personal office which didn't work.

I pressed him again to just open the file directly from the disc and guess what? It opened.

While all of this was happening he was asking me about my presenting symptoms and while I was expressing nerve pain from multi level herniations and muscular pain from chronic spasms, he interrupted multiple times to tell me that what I was feeling wasn't correct.

Once we finished up the initial intake, I asked him about the procedure and Dr. Kaiser stated that he's never heard of it before. I shared that my pain management specialist recommended me for it, but Dr. Kaiser continued to say that he's a surgeon and would know if it was a real procedure.

The level of arrogance and inability to listen to others is extremely concerning. If you look up "Endoscopic Rhizotomy" it shows up in John Hopkin's medical website and the National Institutes of Health.

Waste of my time and will be a waste of yours.

My experience was outstanding! I had gone to two previous Drs that wanted to go right to the back fusion. But, Dr. Kaiser was able to give me a less invasive procedure of microdisectomy to clear area and take out herniation from my disc.  So far, I have seen 50% improvement in 5 weeks. Very satisfied.

I went to Dr Kaiser because I had severe sciatica and could hardly walk without pain.  Every step of the way he was professional and spent a lot of time explaining my condition.  When I went for surgery I felt so co disentangle that I was in good hands.  After the surgery I walked out of the hospital the sciatic pain was gone and I was back to work in 3 weeks.

Dr. Kaiser prescribes the solution that matches to your disease.  Willing to listen and answer your questions.  Open to questions about why his treatment is different from other surgeons.  He really knows his stuff.  That's why I went back to him for a second surgery.  In 2013, I was diagnosed with myelopathy from cervical disorder.  He performed an anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion.  I asked him why not the standard anterior cervical discectomy and fusion?  He said this will not give you full decompression as my herniation was recessed due to its longitudinal spread.  The goal of the surgery is to give you full decompression against the spinal cord.  Now fast forward to 2022.  Again, I am diagnosed with myelopathy from cervical disorder.  He performed an anterior cervical discectomy and fusion as the herniation did not have the same longitudinal spread as in 2013.  Went for a second opinion at the Hospital for Special Surgery and recommended the same surgery.
