Dr. Banks is fantastic!!! His friendly demeanor set me immediately at ease and my kids absolutely love him.  Highly recommend!

I didn't see Dr Banks himself, but the rest of his staff were faultless. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend.

Very friendly staff with a great office. Did not find the cleaning to be as thorough as I would have liked - also had sensitivity for a couple of months following the appointment, which didn't seem right. 

I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Banks! Carmen at the front desk was extremely friendly, helpful, and charming. At the beginning of the appointment, Dr. Banks took the time to get to know me personally and then asked pointed questions about what had been bothering me before going in to look. Both he and Carmen were very patient and understanding. Best experience I've had with a dentist in New York. I will definitely be returning. 

This was my first visit to Dr. Banks office in NYC.  Dr. Banks and his assistant Carmen immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed.  They both are extremely professional and highly motivated to fulfill your needs.  Five stars plus!  A great experience!  Thank you.

Dr. Banks was very professional and helpful -- his staff seemed a bit confused and the wait time was very long.

The first time I went to Dr. Banks, he said i needed 2 crowns. I go to the dentist every 6 months and practice decent dental care. I asked if it was medically necessary for the crowns and he said yes. After having the work done, insurance said one wasn't necessary and refused to pay. Months after, I had temperature sensitivity and believed a nerve was exposed. In fact the crowns were placed on inappropriately and now I've had 2 root canals where those crowns are. 

I heard about Dr. Banks from a coworker who raved about the space he was working out of and how friendly and professional the team was and I have to say I was very impressed with the staff and the care.

They were engaged with everyone, attentive and always ensure you were comfortable.  Dr. Banks and his team have now become my dentist of choice and I would recommend everyone to give them a shot.

office staff is a bit unorganized, but overall great experience

I was able to get a same day appointment which was amazing as I had some tooth pain. The hygienists greeted me immediately upon my visit and they were both very nice. The dentist was very prompt and was sympathetic to my fears of needles. The entire team there was very nice and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I would definitely recommend!

Professional, all staff members were great.
No wait, very clean/modern office.
My teeth look and feel great.

Must call out the background music, they have great taste. (No boring elevator music is a major plus)
