She was gentle, explained everything clearly.

Doctors are nice however, admin side is not managed and not that professional.
 I received calls from office before appointment and some even did not know if they dialed the right number and were looking for someone else.
For second appointment (that never happened) admin staff called and on last moment was told that appointment had to be cancelled because they were not sure whether they can have this appointment without bills cleared by insurance. In addition, bill was neither sent to insurance until two weeks after appointment or was not submitted correctly. For second appointment that was after my work time, II had to change all my personal arrangements on last moment because of notifying before couple of hours of appointment. And, instead of following up for appointment so as to have me as a patient in their office for future visit i was told "call us again and check if bill is cleared and if I WANT i can schedule again". hmm
