I’ve never really written a review so sorry if its longer than normal. Since this was a big step in my life I will start at the beginning. As a side effect of chemo & radiation my teeth started to hollow out and break. Even tho it wasn’t my fault I was ashamed & embarrassed that I needed to have all my teeth pulled and needed a full set of dentures and I wasn’t even 40 yet. After feeling humiliated by a few other offices(asking me how my teeth could have gotten so bad, even going so far as asking me if I took drugs or even bothered to brush my teeth etc), I was done going to different dentists and decided I was ready to invest in my own self worth and started looking up a few places. Most of them seemed so commercial and I assumed from past experiences that those types of places wouldn’t be a good fit for me. I was so happy to find Dr. Bench. My dad went with me for support to my first appt and I couldn’t have been happier with the way it went. Dr. Bench was so nice, didn’t judge me at all and instead just focused on my issues and laid a plan as to how we could get me straightened out with a new set of teeth.  I was so happy after my first appt that I actually cried on the way home. The tears were a mix of happiness and relief. I was so happy that he laid out a plan for me, made sure I understood every step, answered our endless questions and most importantly didn’t once judge me or look at me like I had done something wrong etc. the process was pretty straight forward, Dr. Bench was great thru the entire process, taking extra time to make sure things were right . I hope he knows what an impact he has had on my life. My new teeth look beautiful, they actually have the same shape and look that my real teeth had. He has given me my self confidence back. I never realized how much impact your teeth can have. I am so happy I chose him, it was the best decision I’ve made and to this day he is still great. He responds to any calls, answers my questions, has made himself available for needed adjustments etc. So great, highly recommend! 

Dr bench did me right,he made my dentures and I am very happy with them.he also made my husband a new set of dentures which were made at the affordable dentures office but he didn't make his set another dentist did but he could never wear them they didn't fit right,but Dr bench made it right with him .my husband is very happy with them he can now eat food he couldn't eat before. Thank you Dr bench for all you have done for the 2 of us.

Dr. Bench was the most gentle dentist I've ever met.  Affordable Dentures screwed him out of his practice and now he's fighting to save his good name.  I called the 800 number after the office closed and was given a phone number for Doc Bench directly, where he promptly got me taken care of and apologized profusely for the entire situation.  Don't give up on the Doc, everything happening is because he trusted the wrong corporation to open his business with.  Give the man with the heart of gold a chance,  he'll make right as many wrongs as he can the the while his life is in shambles. In the meantime,  I'll stand behind him because I took the time to find out the truth,  Affordable Dentures are the monsters,  not Doctor Bench.

Took my payment in FULL for 2 sets of Dentures. Closed the office and I never got my 2nd set of Dentures!!


Wonderful dentist who is kind and does not keep you waiting long.  I like that in a dentist.  I have referred many people and will continue to do so.

Amazing dentist & staff!!! I was in severe pain & they got me in immediately and took excellent care of me. I will never go anywhere else.  They have truly changed my life & given me an amazing smile again. So happy I found them.

Dr. Bench is the absolute best! A true professional. Before going to see Dr. Bench I hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years due to severe dental anxiety brought upon from bad experiences. Dr. Bench put all my worries to rest and now I actually look forward to the dentist! I absolutely recommend Dr. Bench and the Sandbridge Family Dental team to everyone.

I  experienced a horrific visit with this man " child" ! After numerous appointments being canceled. I was seen by an assistant to have a repair done to my partial. I was then told it would be ready in 3 hours. When I returned I waited 45 minutes and then asked if it was ready. The receptionist said dr. bench had almost asphyxiated himself while making the tooth due to poor ventilation! She told me he had to take a lunch break! another 45 minutes. Assistant tried 3 times to refit. The repair was too big. Bench came in, no introduction, tried shoving it in until I heard a crack, which I mentioned. He then tossed my partial to the tray from 2 feet away. Saying give her her money back we are done here and stormed out. I was in shock from this behavior from a Professional. Horrible Boy!


Worst "bedside" manner and totally unprofessional in his demeanor and attitude.  Rude, arrogant, and belligerent.
