Excellent experience. Great bedside manner and took the time to explain everything very clearly. Didn't feel rushed. Would highly recommend.

Do NOT entrust your medical care to this doctor or facility.

It's been over a week since my appointment and the doctor hasn't bothered to fill the prescription he said I needed not has he actually done anything to help.

I've left numerous messages and no response from his office. I was trying to get a second opinion from him as his colleague, Dr. Tinsley, also went MIA after a visit.

I've never experienced anything like this.

Dr. Rothstein was wonderful! Highly recommend if you can get on his calendar! He takes his time to methodically walk through any potential issue I mentioned. Everything was a breeze! India, at the front desk, was super quick and helpful. I was in and out in 45 minutes! Maybe spent two minutes waiting for my name to be called after check in. 


Best doctor visit I've ever experienced. Extremely thorough. I didn't have to wait either.

Asked a lot of questions to understand my situation and performed some tests. Gave clear diagnosis and instructions on plan of action moving forward. 

This is my third visit with Dr. Rothstein. He is thorough and I appreciate his manner. The office staff is friendly, efficient and professional.

Dr. Rothstein was excellent! He listened patiently to ALL my concerns and asked in depth questions about all my symptoms even when I tried to rush through all. He took his time examining me and explaining me the options on how to approach my situation. I highly recommend him.

I enjoyed talking to Dr. Rothstein about the information about the new MS medicine. He gave me his honest answer to my questions.

Very professional.  He stated me on the right track to recovery.




Very good - but required some sort of special insurance form instead of the usual referral form from my PCP.  A nightmare of red tape but eventually it was sorted through and the doctor fit me into his schedule.  

I first saw a resident who was extremely kind and talked through my symptoms and worries with me. Dr. Rothstein came in at the end and asked follow up questions, performed some of the same tests and came ho with a treatment plan. I was extremely upset coming in and left feeling reassured that I was in good hands. 

Good listener. Patient. Very pleasant demeanor and knows what he's doing.  I've seen him twice. He helped me greatly with my condition.

Dr. Rothstein was excellent. I'm an anxious person but Dr. Rothstein gave me a thorough examination and really helped to calm my nerves a bit. Great beside manner. I wish my primary care doc was as patient as Dr. Rothstein.

Very satisfied, we built a game-plan to solve my issue and I will be using this doctor for all my neurological needs. 

Great bedside manner and he listened to me.  Dr. Rothstein took his time, as if I were his only patient and did not rush through the exam process.  He provided information clearly, using terms that a layman could understand.  Although I had already diagnosed myself based on WebMD searches, he reminded me that he was a licensed professional with many years of experience and more qualified to make an accurate assessment of my symptoms.  He relieved my fears with his diagnosis and was quick to explain about potential treatments and why medication is not always the best answer.  Great experience!

Dr. Rothstein seemed to really care and was very patient with my nervous rambling of unnecessary information. 

Dr. Rothstein has a great sense of humor and actual listens to his patients. He does not appear to be over booked and takes his time with you. His explanations where greatly appreciated.

Dr. Rothstein was thorough and informative. He took his time to do an evaluation, explained his findings, then recommended a planned approach to further diagnose my symptoms. 

Calm, knowledgeable, experienced, and great bedside manner. 

I look forward to my follow up and feel comfortable that I am in good hands. 

Very pompous, strong disconnect with patient.

Very dismissive doctor. He was very dismissive of my symptoms and seemed bored during my consultation. I found him very difficult to talk to. He asked me if I'd seen other neurologists, and specialists and asked what they said. He did not order any tests for me. He told me he did not know what was wrong with me, and to come back in 3-months if my symptoms persisted. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone.

Over all Dr. Rothstein is a good doctor but his front desk staff are very rude. It seem to like they dislike their job and they take out on people.

Very orgnized front desk. Friendly staff. Staff eager to help. Dr. Rothstein very thorough and helpful. Explained things quite well. 

He is so knowledgeable and caring. He immediately diagnosed what was wrong.

We had what was supposed to be a tele visit but couldn't make it work. Instead we had a phone visit. Dr. Rothstein was excellent. He asked great questions and took his time thinking about the answers. We are looking forward to working with him on my husband's problem.

Smart doctor who knows his stuff, and, during the office visit, he was very attentive. But he is VERY INATTENTIVE outside of office visits. He told us that the patient portal was the best way to communicate with him, but he rarely checks it. It took about two weeks just to get lab results from this man. (We finally went to the hospital ourselves and filled out paperwork to get it sent to us.) His nurse/staff doesn't return calls either. Think twice before making an appointment with him.

Dr Rothstein is experienced, trustworthy and accommodating though he is not particularly accessible because of how busy he is.  I feel comfortable in his care however I would feel more comfortable if I was able to communicate with him more freely inside and outside the office. 

The staff seems to have a difficult time coordinating with pharmacies however so I would keep this in mind when selecting this doctor.
