Dr. Simela is a very thorough, competent dermatologist who also has a friendly and upbeat nature.  I had some issues she wanted to monitor more frequently than normal which I was grateful for.  I highly recommend her.

It was great and informational. She had wonderful bedside manner and explained everything she was doing as she went along. She was very pleasant! I was concerned about a spot but she put me at ease and would contact me immediately upon receiving results.

She was absolutely amazing!!! Loved her! She educated me and helped me understand things about my skin that I did not know previously despite this being my fourth or fifth dermatologist! Kind, respectful, insightful and ultimately a complete pleasure to speak with! 

It went as expected minus the extraordinary wait time. My appt was scheduled for 12:45. I didn't get in to see the Dr. til almost two. :-(
I'm told it was because earlier patients needed more care than was allocated for. I'm not angry about that because if it were me I'd want undivided attention also.


Dr. Simela was very kind, patient, and attentive. Her bedside manner is amazing, and I felt very comfortable asking questions. I will definitely be back, with my mom!

She knew right away what my problem was and was so helpful coaching me how to not make my skin condition worse and how to maintain it the right way. I left feeling relieved that I now have my own dermatologist I can rely on.

Absolutely loved my appointment. Dr Simela is great and so funny! She gave me a full exam and was able to treat my issues in the office right at that moment. I felt extremely comfortable with her. High recommend.

First time at that office so registration paperwork is really what made it a bit longer. Once paper work was done I went in right away and she saw me shortly thereafter. Dr Simela does an excellent check of the skin because she uses her special derm light over the whole body, even hair. She is the BEST Dermatologist I have ever met. Sincerely

Dr.Simela is very compassionate and thorough. She listened and addressed all my concerns. She advised me to call her back if my insurance did not cover any of the prescriptions and when I did she quickly called pharmacy and changed them to generic ones!

I’m really glad I chose her !She was so nice and  very attentive. I have not been to a dermatologist in so long for my acne and she made the experience so easy. She will ask you if you want to use the pharmacy that they use, my advice , take it! One of my medication was a pretty penny that my insurance didn’t cover, annoying, but the pharmacy applied a coupon and dropped it down by a lot!The medication she prescribed me is actually working and I am slowly getting my confidence back. Love her and I will definitely recommend! Her staff was also really awesome too , her assistant was kind and funny and didn’t make it awkward.

Impersonal. I would prefer a physician that looks at me more than an ipad and I didn't appreciate the amount of times a solution to my problems were literally shrugged off. I will find another dr.

Very thorough with examine and detailed with the process of ointment application. Friendly and tactical in treatment. Although the wait was well over an hour pass my appointment time it was worth it.

Dr. Simela listened and was very attentive. She recommended a skincare regimen and treatment that was ideal for my teenage daughter.

I was one of the last appointments of the day so she was running a bit behind but everyone in the office was so nice and comfortable, I felt like I had been there 20 times before. Really down to earth staff that was also very professional.
